Luxury Amenities and Convenience Attracted Young Couple to Avella in Irvine
Irvine, CA, April 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- When newlyweds Canden and Michelle Barnhart searched for a home where they could start their lives together, they considered many apartments throughout Orange County. But nothing came close to Avella in Irvine.

The couple said residents at their former community kept to themselves and that there was little opportunity to socialize or make connections with neighbors. The one community area, a chlorine pool, was closed half the year and rarely heated.
“We definitely like having a saltwater pool with a nice atmosphere,” Canden said. “The apartment is smaller than our condo, but it accomplishes what we need and the design encourages us to spend more time outside. The grounds make you want to walk around and puts you in a good mood.”
Canden said moving to a customer service-focused apartment home located near some of the best shopping and dining in Irvine has made all the difference.
“Avella is definitely more friendly,” said Canden, who recently painted two of the couple’s accent walls orange and blue-green. “And one of the most positive aspects of renting is that the maintenance is taken care of for you.”
That positive experience started from the moment the Barnharts met up with Dwayne at the Avella sales office, and it was carried through the whole process by hard-working sales people who made sure all the pieces were in place for the couple to move in on time.
“Everyone we worked with was very responsive and made sure everything was going through – the utilities, the online lease, fixing any technical difficulties so that we were able to move in on the right day.”
But the biggest draw for the Barnharts were the amenities.
“I just used the gym the other day, and I can walk to it,” Canden said. “Many of the other apartments we looked at had electric stoves and no garage. At Avella, the appliances are new, and I love having a gas stove. It comes with a garage, and the quartz and the laminate flooring are nice.”
The couple said the outdoor barbeque area the poolside cabanas call out for a great house-warming party, which the Barnharts are planning to hold once they’ve finished unpacking.
“When I step outside and look around the grounds, that’s just huge to me,” Canden said. “It’s hard to explain, but that really sums it up. The environment is well-designed, and when you walk around, you just feel good.”
