Fredregill is experienced in litigation and business, commercial real estate, and special district law. In the real estate arena he has experience with commercial and residential lenders and banks, commercial and residential leasing and landlord/tenant dispute litigation.
Fredregill was previously an associate with Toussaint & Coaty, P.C. in Evergreen, Colorado. Prior to that he served as law clerk to District Court Judge Chris Phillips and Judge Lily Oeffler of the 1st Judicial District.
Fredregill received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2009 and a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
Fredregill volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters® organization, and his interests include travel, music and sports.
