Details: The conference is an annual gathering of all Owners, Regional Developers and invited Managers, along with the entire Massage Envy Corporate Office. It involves full day seminars, guest speakers, training programs as well as vendor exhibits. Attendees learn about the state of the company, new technology, services and trends, and participate in teambuilding sessions. All of this is targeted to realign the entire network on the same path to encourage growth and success.
There are qualifications that regional honorees must meet in order to win. Once it's determined on the local clinic level that the candidates meet those criteria, their clinic’s owner then nominates them. All nominees are pooled, and the Regional Developer and the Regional Team will then select 1 winner per category for each Region. There are 54 regions, total.
In addition to industry recognition from their peers, the honorees each receive a special all-day program and a bonus check.
