The New York AIDS Film Festival 5th Annual Red Ball gives awards and also boasts a celebrity fashion show. It is hosted by Lauren Bush, Maggie Rizer, Greta Cavazzoni and Suzanne Engo. It boasts celebs like R&B sensation, Cassie, Naughty By Nature, Danity Kane, and socialites like Luigi Tadini, Tinsley Mortimer and more. The awards will go to Heatherette, Miss Universe Riyo Mori, BET and GMHC for 25 years of service.

What: The Annual New York AIDS Film Festival Red Ball. The event will have a pre –vip sunset dinner where awards will be given to individuals and organizations who have contributed to the fight against AIDS. This year GMHC, Heatherette, Miss Universe and BET will be honored. Following this there will be a celebrity fashion show to follow. The runway will me modeled after a red carpet of an event with models strutting and posing for papparazi. Proceeds go to the New York AIDS Film Festival which is launching an initiative to turn into the New York AIDS Museum.
