HSO Teams with Microsoft to Build a Functional Lifecycle Services Solution (LCS) with Dynamics Software Service Management
HSO & Dynamics Software are pleased to announce that HSO has teamed with Microsoft to develop a solution, building out the business processes of Dynamics Software’s Service Management within Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) framework.
Veenendaal, Netherlands, May 01, 2015 --(PR.com)-- HSO, is a global provider of enterprise business solutions for the service, manufacturing, distribution, rental, and omni-channel retail industries. Dynamics Software delivers proven vertical and industry-focused solutions integrated in Microsoft Dynamics® AX, CRM and solutions using Office 365, SharePoint and Azure and premium services. Working with Microsoft, HSO has developed an enhanced solution using Service Management; a part of the Dynamics Service solution from Dynamics Software, providing customers with additional capability, simplicity and standardization.
“By combining our Lifecycle Services (LCS) with HSO and Dynamics Software’s pre-defined business processes and implementation content, we are able to deliver fast and repeatable implementations, enabling turn-key Service management Solutions for our customers,” said Sri Srinivasan, Microsoft’s General Manager Business Solution Platform. “The new tool set provides not only a standardized implementation project but also the flexibility to deploy a variety of core configurations based on the specific needs of the customer with predictability, speed and agility.”
The LCS Business Process Modeler tool has various process models, Visio flows and Task Recorder videos, showing exactly how Dynamics Software Service Management functions, thus accelerating the traditional Discovery, Evaluation and Analysis phases of a project. This approach provides significant advantages by enabling customers to visualize the core processes that result in an increased understanding of their business processes rather than a list of feature/functions.
Additionally, the implementation process is accelerated by deploying a pre-configured solution for customers using Microsoft’s Azure platform. The ability to have a fully functional environment ready for master data reduces the time needed to develop a Proof of Concept and/or a Conference room pilot.
“HSO is excited to team with Microsoft on this important initiative. It is a key goal of HSO to reduce time to value for our customers, enable closer collaboration, and provide a more process based solution, decreasing implementation time and effort,” said Brad Dennison, Managing Director in North America for HSO.
“We are very pleased to have Dynamics Software Service Management included in the Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services Platform. With this inclusion, it becomes easier for customers to get started as they do not have to have the software installed separately,” added Eric Veldkamp, Executive Director Sales & Marketing for Dynamics Software, “or go through the process of setting up master data, before they can start using the system, and they have the workflows to guide them through their processes.”
