Shawn Cunningham Awarded at YPN's Annual 40 Under 40 Event

Las Vegas, NV, April 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- On April 16, the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS celebrated its annual "40 Under 40" event at Trump International Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. YPN 40 Under 40 awards are given to Las Vegas REALTORS under 40 years of age who have demonstrated excellence in sales, leadership in the real estate industry and community involvement.

Shawn Cunningham, one of this year's 40 Under 40 recipients, is a REALTOR broker/salesperson at RE/MAX Advantage in Las Vegas. Cunningham has been an active member of GLVAR and the National Association of Realtors since 2003, and a member of the elite Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) since 2005. He has earned several of the real estate industry’s highest designations, including CRS, ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and Chairman’s Club Award for the past three years, as well as being named “40 Under 40” for two years in a row.

Exemplary of community involvement, Cunningham is known by colleagues for his dedication to causes related to at-risk youth in the Las Vegas Valley. He actively participates in such organizations as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada, UNLV’s DECA Chapter, Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, and Spread the Word Nevada, while raising money for many other causes including Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth.
