Western Maryland Health System is hosting an hour-long webinar as part of a partnership with an entrepreneur team of MBA students from University of Maryland's Smith School of Business.
Cumberland, MD, April 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Western Maryland Health System (WMHS) is hosting an hour-long, live webinar Friday, May 1 at 2 p.m. titled “Redesigning Health Care Delivery Through Value-Based Care,” presented by Barry Ronan FACHE, President & CEO of WMHS.
WMHS has partnered with an entrepreneurship team of MBA students from University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business to create and deliver a live webinar on “Value-Based Care Delivery,” followed by a Q&A session with Ronan and his team.
The webinar is set to discuss a range of topics on the transition from fee-for-service to a value-based care delivery model, including but not limited to: structuring the value-based care delivery model, creating value-based care initiatives, how to build support for the initiatives, identifying possible challenges and potential process improvements.
Directors of care coordination, nursing, performance improvement and population health, as well as chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers and chief medical officers are suggested to attend.
