Fort Myers Attorney Carlos Kelly Appointed to Nineth Term on Florida Bar Eminent Domain Committee

Kelly, a stockholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, has been re-appointed to The Florida Bar's Eminent Domain Committee. This will be Kelly's ninth year of service on the Committee. Kelly is also a member of The Association of Eminent Domain Professionals (AEDP), an organization of professionals specializing in the field of eminent domain.
In addition to eminent domain matters, Kelly handles other real property disputes, business claims, including fraud and contract lawsuits, shareholder disputes, and other claims between business partners. He has been published by The Florida Bar and writes on eminent domain topics on Henderson Franklin’s blog, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate, and is one of three co-editors for the Eminent Domain Committee’s newsletter.
Kelly volunteers in the community and serves on the Southwest Florida Museum of History Foundation Board and on SalusCare, Inc.'s Finance Committee. He is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Society.
