Fox represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, retaliation, and non-compete agreements.
Denver, CO, May 03, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Fisher & Phillips LLP announced that Kaitlin E. Fox has joined the national labor and employment law firm’s Denver office as an associate.
Fox represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and retaliation. She has also worked on matters related to the enforcement of non-compete agreements, and represented a physician practice in a lawsuit to enforce the liquidated damages clause in the departed employees’ shareholder/employment agreements.
Fox has represented management in labor arbitrations and other proceedings and has drafted employment handbooks, policies, and agreements. Fox also counsels employers regarding day-to-day human resources and labor relations issues and provides employee training and other presentations.
Fox is experienced in commercial litigation and has managed cases through all phases of litigation, including initial fact investigation, discovery and settlement or trial.
Fox was previously with Lathrop & Gage LLP in Denver, Colorado. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, prior to which she earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from St. Lawrence University.
A former competitive alpine ski racer and holder of a PADI SCUBA open water diver certification, Fox enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling and reading controversial non-fiction.
