Smith is responsible for designing conveyor for the systems engineering team for Jonesboro, AR based Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc., manufacturer of advanced conveyor systems, controls, and solutions. Smith, who has been with Hytrol for nearly a year, finds designing new solutions from scratch an enjoyable challenge. Smith graduated from the University of Arkansas with Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
Smith’s direct supervisor, Keith Churchill noted, “Smith has been a fantastic addition to our team. He has been like a sponge the past few months, soaking up product knowledge. He is a very detail oriented person, highly motivated, and puts 100% into every project assigned to him.
