External phase compensation circuit is not necessary, as it is a constant on-time control DC/DC converter with high speed response.

Features of the BD9D321EFJ synchronous buck DC/DC converter include a synchronous single DC/DC converter, constant on-time control, SLLM (Simple Light Load Mode) control, over current protection, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection, under voltage lockout protection, and adjustable soft start, in a HTSOP-J8 Package (Backside Heat Dissipation).
