Matt Obringer Joins Forcura as Director, Client Experience

As Director of Client Experience, Mr. Obringer will manage and streamline all aspects of the Forcura experience for clients of the industry’s leading enterprise content management software.

Jacksonville, FL, May 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Forcura, LLC proudly announced the expansion of their Client Experience team with the addition of Matt Obringer as Director. As Director of Client Experience Mr. Obringer will manage and streamline all aspects of the Forcura experience for clients of the industry’s leading enterprise content management software.

Mr. Obringer’s interest in Forcura began when he first met the company’s CEO and Founder, Craig Mandeville. “I met Craig several years ago through a mutual colleague when he was just starting Forcura. I was intrigued by his entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to solve a problem no one else was addressing at the time,” says Mr. Obringer. He is excited about the company’s accelerated growth saying, “Forcura allows users to focus on patients instead of paperwork and has already made an impact on the industry. I am excited to join the fast growing and ambitious team here at Forcura.”

Mr. Obringer comes from a diverse background with experience in product management and implementation as well as finance and accounting. Prior to joining Forcura, he most recently held the position of Solutions Design Manager at Black Diamond Performance Reporting. He also held roles in client implementation and product management. The financial portfolio technology company experienced rapid growth in clients, revenue, employees, and assets under administration during Mr. Obringer’s tenure. They were acquired by Advent Software for $73 million in 2011 which is now in the process of being acquired by SS&C Technologies.

His product management role involved leading the planning, design, and execution of custom development for Black Diamond’s premier clients. He was also responsible for the development of strategic integrations across multiple financial services platforms and categories. On the client implementation side, Mr. Obringer managed the setup, platform optimization, and training of new clients utilizing the Black Diamond platform.

Mr. Obringer is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and his Master of Science in Accountancy. His experience, work ethic, and attention to detail will ensure his success in collaborating with the different departments across the organization. His ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously and his focus on scalability and process improvement will help Forcura further strengthen its impressive client experience throughout their rapid expansion.
