In this position, Mills will be responsible for business development, cost-benefit analysis consulting and implementing benefit schemes. A graduate of Mount Olive College in Mount Olive, N.C., he is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Mills resides in his hometown of Jacksonville, N.C.
