Maggiano Joins Henderson Franklin's Real Estate Team

Fort Myers, FL, May 16, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Molly Maggiano has joined the firm’s Real Estate team and will be located in the downtown Fort Myers office.

Maggiano concentrates her practice in real estate matters, more specifically in the areas of condominium, homeowners’ and property association representation, residential and commercial purchase and sales transactions, real estate development, and other general real estate matters. She previously served as in-house counsel to a national homebuilder, and also worked with a management and financial consulting firm providing services to the real estate industry.

Maggiano is a member of the City, County and Local Government Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Center for the Arts of Bonita Springs.
