California Association of Community Managers Elevates PowerStone’s Kendrah Kay to a Position on the Board of Directors
Kendrah Kay CCAM, CMCA, and PowerStone Property Management's Director of Community Management, has been named to the CACM Board of Directors.
Irvine, CA, May 17, 2015 --(PR.com)-- PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that Kendrah Kay CCAM, CMCA, and PowerStone’s Director of Community Management, has been named to the CACM Board of Directors. This represents PowerStone’s second team member to be named to the Board.

The announcement was made at the CACM Board meeting held prior to the annual CACM CEO Business Forum in Pasadena, California. Kay’s position on the Board will run thru 2017.
Dave Zepponi CACM’s President and CEO praised Kendrah for her years of valued service, stating: “Kendrah is the perfect example of the type of professionalism and positive spirit we look for in our organization. She has been very active and without a doubt has made a positive impact with CACM.”
Ms. Kay has been the guest editor of the CACM Law Journal on a number of occasions and is currently the Co-Chair of the Legal Advisory Steering Committee. She has also been featured in a regional radio campaign promoting the CACM brand.
