Before he entered the mortgage industry, Monroe was in the business of purchasing and rehabbing houses. After putting together a few deals, he realized that he wanted to help the customer through the entire transaction and became a licensed loan originator.

Although he is no longer purchasing and rehabbing houses, Monroe continues to develop relationships with Realtors in his area. To help expand his footprint, he would like to recruit talented mortgage professionals.

Monroe understands that customer service is key—without customers, there is no business. He goes the extra step to truly listen to his customers and understand their needs. He also tries to relate to his customers on a personal level in order to build trust.
