Image Home Improvement Show to Broadcast Radio Show from Phoenix Comicon

Phoenix, AZ, May 20, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Over the years Phoenix Comicon has become a premier pop culture convention showcasing all things geek—from movies to TV shows, comic books to collectibles—and much more. Phoenix Comicon 2015 will be bigger than ever and is expected to surpass the 2014 attendance record of 77,000. The four-day event runs from May 28-31 at the Phoenix Convention Center, and will feature popular celebrities and showcase hundreds of exhibitors offering thousands of products and services.

Image Home Improvement Show host and Arizona’s favorite TV and radio home improvement personality Steve Deubel announced that he will broadcast his weekly radio show at Phoenix Comicon 2015 on Saturday, May 30 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

During the event, Deubel and co-host Dan Haydon will be wielding lightsabers and firing phaser guns as they showcase some of the latest home automation technologies on the market. “It’s no secret that I’m also a huge Star Trek fan—and I love science fiction,” said Deubel. “During the show, we will have the opportunity to interview some celebrities from past and present popular films and TV series. It’s going to be a great show you won’t want to miss!”

The radio broadcast is made possible by Star Worldwide Network, which will broadcast from Phoenix Comicon for the entire four days. “At Comicon, Steve Deubel is like a combination of Bob the Builder and The Mighty Thor.
