TSG employs a highly specialized leadership building program, Crush Your Comfort Zone.
Raleigh, NC, May 21, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Select Group (TSG) officially partnered with Scot Spooner, founder of Reflective Leadership Solutions (RLS), affording internal employees the opportunity to develop leadership qualities through a unique teambuilding event. Scot and TSG CEO, Sheldon Wolitski, worked together to develop a two day program specifically designed for TSG, called “Crush Your Comfort Zone (CYCZ)”. Scot and Sheldon piloted the program in the San Diego branch and are scheduled to take the program to all TSG branches over the summer.
Scot has 17 years of military experience, 13 of which were spent as a US Army Green Beret. After his military career, Scot decided to venture into the private sector as an entrepreneur with the belief that the same foundational leadership and cultural truths effective in the military could be translated into a doctrine for private sector corporations. Thus, RLS was born with the mission to inspire the leadership revolution of the 21st century.
During the TSG CYCZ experience Scot helps employees to break down communication barriers in order to truly unite as a team. He references military experiences to help identify and exemplify qualities that successful leaders possess and why they work. He then offers helpful tips, tricks and uncommon teambuilding exercises to help employees further develop these leadership attributes. Moreover, the program provides employees the opportunity to openly discuss areas of improvement and present innovative ideas and solutions. Some of the solutions employees presented in the 1st CYCZ program have already been implemented.
