Integra Announces DocuTrack 4.2 with Enterprise Interface Support
Integra's leading workflow and document management system features key new enterprise features in DocuTrack 4.2 including support for enterprise versions of all leading pharmacy operating systems such as QS/1, Framework and HBS; as well as support for the concurrent use of DocuTrack by multiple pharmacy operating systems, including those from different vendors.
Anacortes, WA, November 28, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Integra, Inc. announces DocuTrack Version 4.2. This latest version of its leading pharmacy workflow and document management system contains many new features that will be of particular interest to enterprise customers.
Key new enterprise features in DocuTrack 4.2 include support for enterprise versions of all leading pharmacy operating systems such as QS/1, Framework and HBS; as well as support for the concurrent use of DocuTrack by multiple pharmacy operating systems, including those from different vendors.
DocuTrack 4.2 enables both national and regional multi-site pharmacy operators to deploy DocuTrack with reduced hardware, installation and maintenance costs. Additionally, it will further promote their ability to utilize hub and spoke business models and consolidate departments such as order entry, medical records and billing.
The new enterprise functionality provided with DocuTrack 4.2 extends the established Direct Connect interface API enabling pharmacy system vendors to separately store associated data within DocuTrack by pharmacy store or identification number. This support will also allow refill submissions to be automatically branched to different pharmacy systems or locations within the enterprise pharmacy system.
DocuTrack 4.2 also further reduces IT costs while providing increased scalability coupled with an even more user friendly design while providing all of the features found in DocuTrack 4.0 including:
-Dynamic Barcode Support on outgoing faxes
-Form Identification with barcodes
-Automatic Form Fill-In with pharmacy information system data
-Automatic fax back/email notification of received faxes
-Enhanced inbound document routing
-Batch refill submission is easier to use adding medication name and more intuitive sorting
-Staple from quick search
-Smart highlighting for Queues and Searches
-CRM Module allows reports to be formatted and indexed within DocuTrack
“A number of our enterprise customers are awaiting DocuTrack 4.2,” says DocuTrack Product Manager Louie Foster. “Enterprise interface support is vital to many of these customers. By working closely with our customers we were able to identify the specific functionality required and incorporate it into this latest release without adding unwanted complexity.”
