These internal promotions exemplify Community Realty Management’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence as well as the company’s mission to successfully connect with the partners they serve, including CRM team members.

Michelle Storino, ARM®, SHCM®, NAHP-e® has been promoted from Executive Property Manager to the office of Vice President, Operations. She has been a part of Community Realty Management’s team since October, 2008. With over 20 years of diverse experience in multi-family housing, she was previously responsible for managing a portfolio of CRM properties, including staff development and supervision, budget preparation, marketing, development of property and operating plans, rent recommendations, applicant screening, tax credit lease up and lease enforcement. Michelle was the recipient of the ARM of the Year for Chapter 101 in 2014 and the Michael Fisher Award for Excellence in Property Management in 2012 and 2014. She also serves on the ARM Committee for Chapter 101 of IREM and the Membership Committee for PennDel AHMA.
Bernardo Coles, CPM®, NAHP-e® has been promoted from Senior Asset Manager to Vice President, Administration & Business Development. He has been a part of Community Realty Management’s team since July 2011 and his new responsibilities include business development and special administrative support to the President & CEO for the organization. Mr. Coles holds a degree in Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia. He also serves on the Legislative Committee for IREM Delaware Valley Chapter Number 3.
Charles “Chuck” Mensch has been promoted from Controller to Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He has overseen all accounting-related functions of the company since February 2013 and his responsibilities have continued to grow. He also supervises monthly and quarterly reports for state housing finance agencies. Mr. Mensch is a graduate of Central College with a double major degree in Accounting/Computer Systems. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Lucy Oquendo, ARM® has been promoted from Property Manager at Luther Arms Apartments in Trenton, NJ to Executive Property Manager at the corporate headquarters. Lucy’s responsibilities include the management of a portfolio of properties, including the directing and coordinating of on-site operations, development of strategic objectives, revenue management, employee management and all aspects of residential property management.
