Stevie has been using Agile methods for more than 15 years and has worked with groups as little as five people and with groups larger than 100. She began her career as a software engineer and has worked as an Agile Project Manager, Coach and Scrum Master. Stevie has extensive experience assisting globally distributed teams in successfully utilizing Agile Principles and practices. She is passionate about taking teams to the “next level’ by applying a Strengths-based approach to team development.
