Event Synopsis:
In the digital world, particularly the work place, the need to adopt a robust Electronic Signature is an understandable importance. Docusign and other business software have had such capability for more than a decade. Electronic transactions take many routes through databases and computer systems via the Internet. Whether e-signatures will be accepted as legal evidence of identity throughout such transactions and by all entities, including government regulators, remains to be seen. Much will depend on the security of such signatures. If the poor security record of many companies is an example, signature theft may become a very serious issue in the future.
Nevertheless, the clock cannot be turned back, and companies need to understand the technology, its limitations, and the regulatory and compliance requirements of e-signatures. Companies also need to formulate their own sound and secure policies and procedures for e-signature use, dissemination, verification, and authorization.
In this two hour, live Webcast, a panel of skilled professionals assembled by The Knowledge Group will provide the audience with an over-view of the latest trends and practices regarding the adoption, use, and verification of E-Signatures in Business for 2015 and Beyond.
Key topics include:
- Electronic Signature – A 2015 Perspective
- E-Signature Digital Processing
- Identifying Electronic Transactions
- Customer Relationship Management Software
- The E-Signature Technology
- E-Signature Adoption
- E-Signature Ease of Use
- E-Signature Security
- Regulatory and Compliance Issues
