Vita Healthcare Group Acquires Two Pennsylvania Skilled Nursing Facilities
Columbia, PA, June 03, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Vita Healthcare Group, LLC (“Vita Healthcare”) a regional provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care services, announced today that it acquired the operations and real estate of Susquehanna Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Rheems Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, which will be renamed Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The acquisition was effective June 1, 2015.
