Portland, ME, November 29, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Terralink Systems, Inc. has recently announced a major feature release in their latest version of Terralink Data eXchange™ TDX™ 2-02-300. This version includes a document attachments feature. Current supported database objects are manifests, profiles, contacts, and inventory items. Attaching a document to one of these objects stores the attachment in the database for later retrieval by any of your TDX users. A classic example of how you might use the attachment feature would be to attach a scan of the actual signed manifest hardcopy to the digital version in the database.
Attach one document to many objects or many documents to one object, all with drag and drop functionality. Attachments can also be searched using the “Select™” tool and organized into folders for easy document retrieval.
The latest version also incorporates usability enhancements, improved graphics, updated data entry forms, and improved performance and reliability.
