“Wild and Sour” Mystery Brewing Dinner
When: Wednesday, June 10 from 6:45 – 9 p.m.
Where: Terrace on the Green at Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club
What: Join Executive Chef Jason Cunningham and Chef de Cuisine Murray Healy in collaboration with Erik Lars Myers, founder and CEO of Mystery Brewing Company, for the first beer dinner of the summer. This “Wild and Sour” dinner features refreshing, unique flavors – perfect for the beer enthusiast. Mystery Brewing will also debut a new beer exclusive to Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club for its Novella Series. Mystery Brewing is based in Hillsborough, North Carolina and is committed to producing seasonally appropriate, hand-made artisanal ales and lagers, complementing Fairview Dining Room’s seasonally-inspired cuisine and commitment to locally-sourced ingredients.

This innovative dining event is highlighted by a multi-course menu featuring recipes highlighting local and seasonal ingredients that were specially crafted for the occasion, and complemented by small batch bourbon pairings. In addition, the Fairview Dining Room will showcase custom Woodford infusions.

Fullsteam Beer Dinner

What: Celebrate Durham-based Fullsteam Brewery’s fifth brewing anniversary with a special multi-course menu paired with Fullsteam’s Southern-style craft beer. Executive Chef Jason Cunningham and Chef de Cuisine teamed up with Fullsteam Founder and Brewmaster Sean Lilly Wilson for this festive fete. The menu will combine Fullsteam’s emphasis on local terroir and celebration of seasonality with the Fairview Dining Room’s seasonally-inspired cuisine and prominence of locally-sourced ingredients to create a true southern celebration.
