Alaris inVoice v.3.4. Extended Routing and Rate Management Capabilities.
Singapore, Singapore, June 07, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Alaris Labs, leading developer of telecom carrier software products, announces the release of new version of Alaris inVoice billing system. New features implemented in the release 3.4 extend rate import capabilities, provide more call routing functions and ensure better settlements flexibility. Another important advantage of the new version is a dramatic increase in the system performance.
The new release offers the automated ratesheet import function. Ratesheets received at a predefined email address are uploaded into the system with the help of per-carrier templates. When import operation is completed, the system sends receipt acknowledgement or error notice to the carrier and its account manager. The system also tracks implicit rate changes in the files being imported. For example, if within a certain destination a new more expensive breakout has been opened, respective alarm to system administration will be raised. Also native support for a few peak/offpeak schedule formats used by large carriers has been added, which makes it possible to automatically identify and import validity timespans for each price type provided in the ratesheet.
Another important option added to the list of routing parameters available in Alaris inVoice is ANI-based routing. Depending on the dial code or exact calling party number, the system decides on which vendors to use for call termination. Also the new feature makes it possible to block all calls coming from certain A-numbers for protection against fraudulent traffic. Besides, now it is possible to take into account ASR, ACD, PDD stats not just for single breakouts but for entire destinations.
Financial module of the system has the biggest number of improvements. In particular, users now can choose between two taxation options — add the tax as an extra on top of the invoice amount or include it into the total charge. Now it is also possible to create separate invoices for different service levels offered to one and the same customer (e.g. Premium and Standard). In case of a dispute with a partner, the system owner can easily add the agreed correction amount to the disputed invoice without having to create a separate document.
Overall system performance has been brought to a new level in terms of billing data processing, statistics calculation, file uploading and CDR reconciliation.
Total number of enhancements made in version 3.4 exceeds 100. The new version will be made available to all customers starting from May 28, 2015. For any questions related to Alaris Labs products please contact www.alarislabs.com/ru.
