Triangle Happy Fix Meetup Welcoming Barbara Creeden, MA, LPCA as Guest Speaker on June 15

This free event is scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m. at Café Carolina on Weston Parkway in Cary.

The Triangle Happy Fix Meetup Group convenes monthly, bringing together individuals to share insight on overcoming obstacles; fixing things that are broken; and learning “happy hacks” on living a positive life in physical, mental, spiritual, civic, and occupational areas of well-being.

Previous gatherings have hosted speakers like Katherine Broadway, M.Div., a licensed professional counselor discussing how to learn to like yourself; wellness coach, yoga instructor, and corporate wellness consultant Samantha Attard teaching the concept of how happy and healthy go together with regard to the intersection of physical and emotional health; and Michelle Hill, a freelance content writer for athletes, fitness professionals, transformation/success coaches and other small businesses examining issues related to communication patterns, self-sabotage, the mentality of lack, the Imposter Syndrome and feeling like you’re not enough.
