GSF Mortgage Welcomes Well-Recognized Branch Manager in Colorado

Colorado Springs, CO, June 13, 2015 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Carla Starkie as branch manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Starkie joins TeamGO with more than 20 years of combined experience in real estate, title insurance and mortgage lending. She began her career as a real estate agent and worked her way up to become a top producer. After she started a family, she needed something more 9-to-5 and made the transition to title insurance. When things settled down, Starkie thought about re-entering the real estate industry but instead of competing with other Realtors, thought that she could partner with them to form a business relationship.

Starkie chose to come to GSF Mortgage because she found the company had the most organized internal system to get her loans closed. Due to being well known in the real estate industry, she receives numerous referrals from her trusted business partners. She wanted to make sure she joined a company that was able to close her loans on time and as smooth as possible.

Starkie also does coaching and training for real estate agents in her community. She has 80+ hours worth of classes to train Realtors and some are CE accredited classes. These classes include goal setting, updating contracts, generating leads and more.
