Team Ricks Becomes Davidson Realty's Fifth Husband-Wife Duo
Davidson Realty, Inc. recently welcomed William and Annette Ricks as its newest real estate sales team.
St. Augustine, FL, June 16, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Davidson Realty, Inc. recently welcomed William and Annette Ricks as its newest real estate sales team. The Rickses join four other husband-wife teams at Davidson Realty.

The Rickses both hail from Bradford County and have been married for 35 years. Annette previously worked as assistant city manager, deputy city clerk and financial director for the City of Keystone Heights, Florida. She also has eight years of property management experience. William spent 30 years in law enforcement, which he credits with honing his negotiation and communication skills.
The Rickses also offer design and construction experience, having built four custom homes together. Today, the couple is dedicated to utilizing their collective experience to guide their clients through the home buying and selling processes.
