Cornish & Carey Commercial (Oncor International) Expands Its Service Contract with BuildingSearch.com

Morgan Hill, CA, November 29, 2007 --(PR.com)-- BuildingSearch.com, Inc. announced today that Cornish & Carey Commercial, a partner within Oncor International, has expanded its marketing relationship with BuildingSearch.com to now include marketing listings for Cornish & Carey in Sacramento and Roseville. BuildingSearch.com already provides property marketing services for most Bay Area Cornish & Carey offices. Cornish will pay an undisclosed monthly fee for the service.

Over 90,000 searches occur on BuildingSearch.com each month. Seeing the growth of online search, the Sacramento and Roseville offices of Cornish & Carey Commercial have signed up with BuildingSearch.com to help drive additional traffic to their listings. “We are delighted to become a client of BuildingSearch.com, and to put this marketing service to work. Our agents are already seeing the benefit of global exposure of their listings to companies in the beginning stages of the site selection process. In the near future, BuildingSearch.com will unveil an entirely new analytical reporting package that not only tracks listing activity, but can actually be used to generate new sales and marketing opportunities. “Through clever programming and ingenuity, we have developed a system in which Featured Property clients can follow-up with other agents and tenants directly through an anonymous email platform that is an “opt-in” election for tenants protecting their identity,” explains Devin Gardner, the company’s VP of Operations.

BuildingSearch.com also announced today that it has reached over 7,000 registered users over the last three months since going live with its new platforms. Approximately 700 agents now use BuildingSearch.com to feature nearly 4,000 listings. Customers include Colliers International in Sacramento, Peery/Arrillaga, Premier Properties, Premier Business Centers, and South Bay Development. BuildingSearch.com offers a number of reasonably priced Featured Property subscriptions for all industry participants. Individuals can pay as little as $45.00 per month for the service, while large brokers can drive their cost per agent down to as little as $25.00 per month.
