Jessica Middleton-Kurylo Joins Oleen Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting as the General Counsel/Director of Corporate Development
Oleen Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting (Oleen) has announced that Jessica Middleton-Kurylo has joined as the General Counsel and Director of Corporate Development. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Middleton-Kurylo will provide leadership and guidance concerning corporate development and emerging health care law.
Little Rock, AR, June 17, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Oleen Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting (Oleen) has announced that Jessica Middleton-Kurylo has joined as the General Counsel and Director of Corporate Development. Based in Little Rock, Middleton-Kurylo will provide leadership and guidance concerning corporate development and emerging health care law.

Middleton-Kurylo most recently served as a Legislative Attorney at the State of Arkansas Bureau of Legislative Research (BLR). While at the BLR she was fundamental in establishing the governing policies, procurement rules, and organizational structure of the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace. Middleton-Kurylo also drafted legislation at the direction of the Arkansas General Assembly concerning children and youth, health care, health insurance, agriculture, public retirement, tax, veteran's affairs, alcoholic beverages, and dog and horse racing and served as the Legislative Attorney for the related legislative committees.
Middleton-Kurylo also has over seven years of experience in private practice as a trial lawyer before becoming the Director of Development and, among other things, chief grant writer for the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Middleton-Kurylo graduated Cum Laude from Arkansas State University and received a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in chemistry. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville (U of A School of Law). While at the U of A School of Law Middleton-Kurylo was consistently on the Dean’s List each semester.
