Robyn Lidskin-McClure Joins Bond Companies as Director of Leasing
Chicago, IL, November 30, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Robyn Lidskin-McClure has joined Bond Companies as Director of Leasing, effective immediately, it was announced today by Robert J. Bond, President of the commercial real estate development company.
Lidskin-McClure has extensive experience in shopping center development and leasing both regionally and nationally. She has served Saks Incorporated, General Growth Properties, Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. and other similar organizations during her career.
As Director of Leasing, Lidskin-McClure will apply her comprehensive knowledge as well as relationships with major retailers to manage and support all aspects of Bond Companies’ retail development, marketing and management activities. Specifically, she will be responsible for the leasing efforts of all new retail and development projects, including involvement in analyses and planning for new developments and the management of tenant relations from initial contact through completion of contracts. Furthermore, she will be responsible for directing Bond Companies’ relationships with other commercial real estate brokerage and tenant representation firms.
Lidskin-McClure will be based in the company’s Chicago office. Bond Companies, founded by Lawrence S. Bond and Robert J. Bond in 1987, also has offices in Los Angeles and Richmond, VA.
Prior to joining Bond Companies, Lidskin-McClure was Managing Partner of Shopping Center Solutions, LLC -- a full service retail consultancy based in Boca Raton, Fl. At Shopping Center Solutions, she capitalized on her experience in site selection, merchandising, preparing pro-forma/budget income statements and negotiating letters of intent to provide third party property leasing services and retail tenant representation to a multitude of clients.
Lidskin-McClure also has served as Vice President of Leasing and Development for O&S Holdings, LLC, Director of Real Estate for Saks Incorporated, Regional Leasing Specialist for L&H Real Estate Group / Landau & Heyman, Leasing Representative for General Growth Properties and Director of Leasing for the Merchandise Mart / Chicago Apparel Center.
In addition, Lidskin-McClure is involved in numerous trade organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers ( ICSC ). She also is active in leadership of several civic and charitable endeavors.
Lidskin-McClure graduated from DePaul University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
