Veteran sales rep, Eric Aparnieks, joins Laboratory Testing Inc. with over 35 years of experience and a background in NDT testing, metallographic sample evaluation and R&D with various high temperature alloys and non-ferrous materials.
Philadelphia, PA, June 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI) has hired Eric Aparnieks of New Berlin, Wisconsin to fill the position of Outside Sales Representative. LTI is a Nadcap and A2LA accredited, independent materials testing and calibration laboratory in business since 1984. Eric joins LTI with an extensive background in sales, as well as experience in materials testing and evaluation. He will develop new business and service some larger client accounts in the Midwest USA.
Eric’s sales experience spans over 35 years with companies that manufacture castings and forgings, perform testing services, provide quality control services and more, including Ecolab-Nalco Corp, Ladish Drop Forge Company, (now part of ATI) and Product Action International. He also started the company Advisors International LLC, a consulting firm specializing in new business development for technology and engineering related companies. During his time with Ladish, he also performed a variety of NDT testing including Level 2 ultrasonic testing (contact & immersion) and die penetrant inspection. His experience includes research & development with various high temperature alloys and various non-ferrous materials, including work with metallographic sample evaluation.
While carving out his career path, Eric worked with a wide-range of industry segments, including aerospace, military/defense, automotive, medical and marine. He also earned an AS degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Milwaukee Area Technical College and a BS in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
“Laboratory Testing offers all services from a single location outside of Philadelphia, PA. While being able to ship orders to one place and coordinate orders with one facility is a tremendous convenience for customers, many customers outside the mid-Atlantic area do not get to meet LTI representatives face-to-face,” said Mike Hiller, Director of New Business Development. “Eric is available to give customers further west of this area more personal attention.”
