The company has opened offices in Cologne, Germany and London. Kevin Platz has joined as Instart Logic’s director of EMEA sales. Prior to joining the company, Platz served as vice president of sales for the EMEA region for various US-based enterprise organizations, the latest, Fusion-io in Cologne, Germany.
