Micromill SK Gets a New Laboratory
The thermoplastic paint manufacturer are refurbishing their PE powder laboratories.
Bratislava, Slovakia, July 02, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Central European adhesive thermoplastic paint manufacturer Micromill SK have just begun renovating their laboratories. Micromill SK have long been known to provide high quality LDPE powder paints to an ever expanding array of satisfied customers. The Micromill SK factory lab, located in Slovakia, is just undergoing renovation.
A crucial factor behind the good quality of Micromill SK products, the carefully crafted recipes for the low density polyethylene powder coating are created in the laboratory. The primary purpose of the renovation is to create a safe workspace for the chemists. Apart from that, the storage capacity will be expanded in order to hold the excessive amounts of basic material; color pigments needed to create PE powder paint according to the RAL norm requested by the customers, low density polyethylene, UV stabilizers and other raw materials.
The facilities will also gain a new look in order for them to look presentable to the ever increasing number of satisfied customers interested in visiting Micromill SK from a large variety of background, namely coaters of wire fabricated articles; refrigerator and kitchen baskets manufacturers, bicycle and motorcycle basket manufacturers, automotive industry specialists, decorative wired racks and wired outdoor furniture manufacturers, and manufacturers of other plastic coated wire products, such as hangers and formed wire goods and items. The new lab will feature a special desk for demonstrating of the single coat high thickness application PE powders Polisint, which involves electrostatic and electrokinetic spray coating, and Thermofix, a thermoplastic powder used in a Fluid Bed Powder Coating process.
