Las Vegas, NV, July 03, 2015 --(PR.com)-- In honor of its 40th anniversary, America’s premiere gallery of fine art, Martin Lawrence Galleries, will debut a rarified art collection that includes signifcant historical works by Basquiat, Calder, Chagall, Dalí, Erté, Francis, Haring, Lichtenstein, Magritte, Miró, Picasso, Renoir, Warhol and others as well as the latest works by contemporary masters Bertho, Deyber, Fressinier, Hallam, Hofmann, Kondakova, Kostabi, Lalonde, Mas, Muniz and Nicholls.
The collection will be unveiled to select international collectors at an exclusive event, July 17-19, at the Galleries’ flagship Las Vegas Gallery at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. At 26,000 square feet, it is one of the largest fine art galleries in the world and home to rare works of art such as complete suites of Marilyn and Mao by Andy Warhol and the world’s largest Dalí painting - March of Time.
Acclaimed contemporary artists Robert Deyber, Franҫois Fressinier, Kerry Hallam, Douglas Hofmann, Liudmila Kondakova, René Lalonde, Felix Mas and others are among the weekend’s guests - each one debuting new original work as part of the 40th Anniversary Collection.
The works are on view to ticketed members of the public only on Saturday, July 18, from 7-11 PM at the 4th annual Art Of The Party– an elegant evening celebrating 40 years of art and icons. Highlights of this anticipated event (produced by Mikey Koffman – producer of LA Fashion Week) include experiential performances, art inspired fashion, live music and DJ, open bar and gourmet food, and presentations and complimentary gifts from luxury sponsors including: Mont Blanc (who will debut a new line of Warhol-inspired pens), award-winning ‘Line 39’ wines provided by O’Neil Wines, resort-ware by Vilebrequin, premium cocktails from Devotion Vodka and Jimi Hendrix 'Purple Haze' Liqueur, shoe giveaways from Badgley Mischka, and on-site professional hair and makeup styling by Sephora and Diva Salon.
