Johnny’s Burgers & Dogs Now Open in Tempe, Arizona

This Chicago style, fast-casual concept is the perfect spot for a quick meal. Johnny’s menu is full of Chicago-style burgers, hot dogs, Italian Beef sandwiches and all the special fixings. A tip from the regular customers, don’t forget to order extra Fry Sauce with your crispy crinkle-cut fries.
Owner Johnny Ioannou comes to Tempe with years of experience in different, successful restaurant concepts. He now wants to focus on bringing his passion for Chicago-style recipes to Tempe. Johnny’s Burgers & Dogs has quickly become the spot to get a big, juicy burger. “I truly believe that by combining only the best quality and freshest ingredients, you can construct the perfect burger, which we have achieved here.”

The restaurant uses local Tempe bakeries for their always-fresh burger buns and bread.

“We prefer to use local sources for our ingredients to find the best possible quality as well as to give back to the local community,” says Johnny.

Taking over the old Lobby’s Burger spot, Johnny’s is located on the NE corner of Southern and McClintock in the Valley Plaza Shopping center at 3141 S. McClintock Dr. Tempe. Johnny admits, “I was very fortunate to be able to bring along my old colleague, Rafael Cortes, former head chef of Lobby’s Burger. Together we are able to continue doing what we love to do, while bringing the best of Chicago-style food to Tempe.”
