ClearSounds Introduces Quattro 4.0 LITE Adaptive Bluetooth System
ClearSounds, the leading manufacturer of advanced listening devices for individuals with hearing loss, has announced the introduction of the Quattro 4.0 LITE, a ‘lite’ version of their personal neckloop, the Quattro 4.0 Adaptive Bluetooth System.
Naperville, IL, July 04, 2015 --(PR.com)-- ClearSounds Communications, the leading manufacturer of listening technology for people with hearing loss, today announced the introduction of a ‘lite’ version of the best-selling Quattro 4.0 Adaptive Bluetooth System. Known as the Quattro 4.0 LITE, the new neckloop is designed to fit effortlessly into the life of anyone seeking remarkable sound in a streamlined package.
The Quattro 4.0 LITE will take the place of the Quattro Classic, a longtime ClearSounds customer favorite. “The Quattro Classic has served our customers well and been an excellent source of inspiration for ongoing product development,” said Michele Ahlman, ClearSounds’ President & CEO. “However, technology is constantly evolving, and the time has come to retire the Quattro Classic. In its place, we are thrilled to announce the all-new Quattro 4.0 LITE."
Powerful yet stylish, the Quattro 4.0 LITE uses cutting-edge amplification and frequency management, multipoint connection and Bluetooth v4 to nimbly adapt to the rapidly-changing needs of people with hearing loss. The Quattro 4.0 LITE receives audio from cell phones, tablets or other Bluetooth devices, then amplifies and refines the sound before transmitting it to the receiving device, such as hearing aids with t-coils, or into headphones plugged directly into the Quattro 4.0 LITE.
With or without hearing aids or cochlear implants, there are situations that present challenges to individuals with even the mildest cases of hearing loss. The Quattro 4.0 LITE fills in those gaps, removing the stress of trying to hear in every difficult listening environment—including noisy restaurants, talking on a cell phone outdoors or driving on the highway—and eliminating background distractions so you can concentrate on your conversation, song or TV show.
Delivering an exceptional, amplified listening experience, the Quattro 4.0 LITE comes equipped with the personal neckloop—the only eight-wire loop on the market— as well as a USB charging cord and AC power adapter. “The Quattro Classic had a four-wire loop, but we’ve upgraded that to eight wires for the Quattro 4.0 LITE,” said Mike Uzuanis, ClearSounds’ Vice President of Product Development. “Doubling the number of wires strengthens the magnetic field that sends the audio signal between the neckloop and the hearing aids. A stronger signal means a louder, clearer and cleaner sound.”
“48 million adults in America are dealing with hearing loss. Hearing loss is NOT a harmless condition. Untreated hearing loss has significant negative impact to our overall health and well-being. Our goal is to develop effective, affordable and stylish solutions that have massive positive impact on as many people as possible,” continues Ahlman. “We hope that adding the Quattro 4.0 LITE to our product lineup will make hearing technology even more accessible to everyone who needs it.”
