Senior Fellow Cyrus Hodes Invited to Panel Discussion by IISS & YPFP
Washington, DC, December 02, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Senior Fellow Cyrus Hodes was invited by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) to a panel discussion supported by NATO on: “Afghanistan – A Way Forward”. The panel took place at the House of Commons in London.
Moderated by Christopher Langton, IISS Senior Fellow for Conflict and Defence Diplomacy, the panel also included: Chris Riley - Strategic Director, NATO Media Operations Center; Mark Sedra - University of Waterloo; Ayesha Khan - Researcher, Cambridge University & Chatham House and Farid Popal - Embassy of Afghanistan, London.
Cyrus Hodes and Mark Sedra have co-authored IISS Adelphi Paper 391 on Afghanistan entitled “The Search for Security in Post-Taliban Afghanistan”.
