American Marketing Association – Fairfield County Chapter Names Carlene Armetta, President-Elect
The Fairfield County Chapter of the American Marketing Association announced that Carlene Armetta has been elected to their board of directors and will serve as President-Elect effective July 2015. Ms. Armetta brings over 25 years of marketing industry and partnership relationship experience to the AMA-FCC.
Stamford, CT, July 08, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Fairfield County Chapter of the American Marketing Association announced that Carlene Armetta has been elected to their board of directors and will serve as President-Elect effective July 2015. Ms. Armetta’s role will be instrumental in leading the chapter to serve as a professional forum connecting marketing professionals in Fairfield and Westchester counties. The chapter fosters knowledge sharing, provides resources, networking opportunities and relevant programming as well as tools and training to support marketing practice and thought leadership. Ms. Armetta joins newly elected president, Richard Rapp, and Frank Moriya, who was re-elected as secretary and treasurer.

She brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, marketing insight, corporate partnership development and innovation to the chapter. Ms. Armetta has worked at a number of notable companies including Pitney Bowes, Citibank, MBNA America and The Learning Care Group. She is also an active member of the King Low Heywood Parent’s Association and serves as a board member for both the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens and The Fairchester Northeast Executive Advisory Group.
