MonSTORE Garages, Owned Garages Coming to Ventura California
Privately owned garages (Man Caves), are coming to the City of Ventura. ready to accommodate RV’s, Hot Rods, Boats and an occasional Super Bowl party.
Ventura, CA, July 09, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Men all over Ventura are rejoicing over the idea that Ventura will soon be home to one of the few Garage Condominium projects in California, allowing private ownership of large garages or workshops in a private garage community. Women are happy too, knowing their men will be out of the house (and garage) leaving their grease and tools, and footprints somewhere else.
Privately owned Garage Condominiums are a recent real estate phenomenon that promotes the private ownership of over sized garages. Ted Deits, the developer of MonSTORE Garages said, “It fills a void between limited garage space at home, and large industrial buildings, that are not practical for individual use or ownership.”
At MonSTORE Garages, clients can own their garage, (or man cave if you like), unlike traditional storage that is typically rented. Further, old school storage facilities in general will not allow tinkering on vehicles, and restrict access times. Garage Condominiums, allow owners to do what they want, when they want.
Rob Harvey, the principal of the Ventura project had contacted Ted about the possibility of building garage condominiums in Ventura. Ted said “I jumped at the opportunity, since we have been eyeballing Ventura for a long time.” Ted continued, “The demographics are perfect for this new concept, the icing on the cake was the warm reception received from the City of Ventura upon early design submissions.”
The MonSTORE garage condominiums in Ventura will range in size from 300 - 1500 square feet, with select units suitable for mezzanines with 24’ interior heights. First renderings of the project are located on their web site www.monstoregarages.com. Potential clients can also register for progress reports and advance sales information
