Nashville, TN, July 11, 2015 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Tim Bailey as branch manager in Nashville, Tennessee. He joins TeamGO with more than 30 years of industry experience. He started his career in the savings and loan business, where he set up veterans coming home from the war. When the company expanded their banking operations, he decided to focus on originating mortgages and opened his own shop before joining GSF Mortgage.

Bailey strives to ensure business is done well and customers are always taken care of. He likes to do all of his business in-person in order to go over the documents and encourages the customers to ask questions. He says that if you do everything right upfront, there shouldn’t be any confusion at closing. His customer service doesn’t end at closing; he continues the communication to make sure his customers don’t have post-closing questions or concerns. Although “transparency” has become an industry buzzword, Bailey has been practicing it for more than 20 years.
