Sue Carlsen Joins Oleen Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Oleen Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting announced today that Sue Carlsen has joined as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Based in Dallas, Texas, Ms. Carlsen will provide strategic financial leadership for Oleen Pinnacle’s national consulting services organization.

Ms. Carlsen has over 30 years of Finance and Accounting experience. She has held numerous executive positions throughout her 15 years in the healthcare industry. Ms. Carlsen has served in Senior Accounting, Financial Management and Consulting roles in the healthcare and commercial real estate industries. Ms. Carlsen has significant experience in both public accounting and operational companies.
Prior to joining Oleen Pinnacle, Carlsen was a Director of Finance for Tenet Healthcare Corporation, a premier national healthcare services company operating hospitals, freestanding outpatient centers and physician practices. At Tenet, Ms. Carlsen led a team of finance professionals engaged in performing business development financial analysis for the acquisition of physician practices and subsequent physician employment. Ms. Carlsen’s experience also includes senior financial leadership roles at EmCare, Lincoln Property Company Commercial, MAGELLA Healthcare Corporation as well as serving as a Director of Advisory Services for KPMG, LLP, providing financial due diligence services to healthcare clients.
Ms. Carlsen holds an undergraduate degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of Dallas and is a CPA licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
