Summer Stroll Returns to Brooklyn in 2015 for Its Fourth Year with More Entertainment

Among the many items discussed was the news that for the first time in its four year existence the Summer Stroll will feature a main center stage for live performances. The Brooklyn Summer Stroll - or Summer Stroll On Third Avenue - is in its fourth year and has seen a steady increase in both attendance and venue participation each year.

Senator Golden, when highlighting the diversity of food, restaurants, and artists and entertainment offered punctuated his pride in the event by saying, "This is Brooklyn!"

The four night event - based on New York City Department of Transportation's Summer Streets - takes place over four summer evenings kicking off tonight - July 17th - from 6-10 PM. Subsequent nights include 7/24, 8/7, and 8/14. The first two nights will take place from 80th street to 90th street on Third Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn while the final two nights will move to 69th street to 80th street.
