Pittsburgh, PA, July 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- MTS Management Group is happy to announce Xander Demos has been added to the upcoming Versailles Records release, "UFC Rock." Xander will contribute one of his trademark shred metal instrumentals to the collection that features current/former members of Aerosmith, KISS, Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, Dio, The Cult, Exodus, Quiet Riot, Skid Row, Badlands, Ratt, Grand Funk Railroad, Jetboy and more. No release date has been announced yet.
"We're very excited to be working with Jake and Versailles on this release," said Michael Stover of MTS, Xander's management. "Xander is included on their recent 'Guitar Wizards Vol. 3 and 4' compilation, and he is also slated to be on their Queen tribute release. To have Xander included on a collection alongside some of his biggest influences and heroes is very gratifying and humbling. We're not sure what track he will be contributing,..it might be something brand new. We'll let you know more as we progress in the process."
Founded in 1999, Versailles Records primarily focuses in the genre of hard rock. The label has been distributed nationally by Big Daddy Music Distribution/MVD since early 2001. They have sold over a hundred thousand albums, including the popular 'Millennium Tribute' series. While the company has also sought to feature a wide array of unsigned, up and coming artists on its tribute albums over the years, they have often paired with name players from the 80s and early 90s rock/meyal heyday.
Xander Demos is a rock and metal guitarist, based in Pittsburgh, PA. He has performed and recorded with James Rivera (Helstar, Malice), Sabbath Judas Sabbath, Liberty N’ Justice, Ged Rylands’ Rage Of Angels, Modern Superstar, and others. His debut album, Guitarcadia was mixed by CJ Snare of Firehouse, released by Rock N Growl Records, and it received mass critical praise. Xander will release his follow up in late 2015. His 2014 single, "Dancing Through Daggers," mixed by JK Northrup of XYZ/King Kobra, was included on the Versailles Records release, Guitar Wizards Vol. 3 and 4. He will also appear in the 2015 metal movie release, “Hair I Go Again,” featuring members of Motley Crue, RATT, Quiet Riot, Anthrax, Warrant, Stryper and many others. Xander is endorsed with Suhr, McNaught (makers of the XD Signature Guitar Models), Conklin and Brian Moore Guitars, among others.
