About Robert Mullins
Robert C. Mullins is an analytical problem-solver with approximately 25-years' experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) providing accounting, payroll, and income tax services to high net worth individuals and their businesses, trusts, not-for-profits, and foundations. He is a Senior Manager at Liccar CPA’s in Chicago and specializes in the alternative investments industry including hedge funds, private equity investment managers, registered investment advisors and commodity trading advisors.

Robert monitors accounting quality control and conducts internal inspections. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois to represent taxpayers before the IRS. His ideas have contributed to content and automation solutions including at the IRS for trade basis reporting and to menu items in QuickBooks. He is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.

Prior to his tenure with Liccar, Robert created a cost accounting system for a department at the University of Wyoming and then automated Medicare cost accounting for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming. He later served as a faith-funded two-year missionary as full-charge bookkeeper with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Africa and then served World Relief in Illinois where he automated the foreign currency conversion and reviewed and consolidated foreign financials for US reporting.

Robert volunteers as a public school teacher of entrepreneurship and financial literacy through Junior Achievement, distributes Bibles as a member of The Gideon’s International, and trains and responds with the local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). He has served in church as deacon, treasurer, financial secretary, and led various classes. Robert holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and served Casper College as the elected Activities Board President. He is an alumnus of Becker CPA Review, Beta Alpha Psi, Phi Theta Kappa, and the UW Baptist Student Union.

Robert has traveled 16% of the world and 98% of the USA. His wife Beth is a teacher and pianist with degrees from Moody Bible Institute, Greenville College, and the University of Wyoming. His son Nate is serving with the US Army and his son Jonathan is attending Moody Bible Institute.
