Hilliker Corporation Helps Sublease Space to Well-Known Restaurant

St. Louis, MO, July 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently helped with a sublease transaction for the St. Louis franchisee owner of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.

The 2,800-square-foot space, which was formerly a Church’s Chicken, is located at 2412 West Clay St. in St. Charles across from Lindenwood University. This is the fourth Missouri location for the restaurant. Other Fuzzy’s Taco Shops are located at 1288 Old Orchard Center in Manchester, 302 Westport Plaza Dr. in Maryland Heights, and 8073 Watson Rd. in Webster Groves.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop started in Fort Worth, Texas in 2003. There are currently 78 stores in 10 states.
