GCT Net Lease Brokers Completes $15.3M Sale of US Airways Call Center Office Building in Winston-Salem, NC
South Windsor, CT, July 29, 2015 --(PR.com)-- GCT Net Lease Brokers, a leading net lease property brokerage firm has completed the sale of a 101,555 square foot, five story office building located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and 100% leased to US Airways. The sale closed on July 23rd for $15.3 million.
Dwaine L. Clarke, of GCT Net Lease Brokers represented the buyer, United Realty Trust in the transaction. The seller, Highwoods Realty was represented by Stan Johnson Company.
