ElectroClean is the only training program licensed to train and certify members to the Certified Electronics Restoration Network. The CERNetwork has been established to provide insurance companies and adjusters across America with a reliable, consistent, uniform and dependable group of vendors to meet the needs of an ever-growing electronics contents marketplace. Any vendor wishing to be part of the CERNetwork must successfully complete a one week onsite training course and receive a Certificate of Compliance.
JCR’s Contents Division Management Team traveled to Dallas, TX for a four-day intensive training that included many areas of instruction, such as classroom training, hands-on operations training, new cleaning and testing technologies, and customer service requirements and network standards, just to name a few.
