David Arthur is Associate General Patent Counsel at Xerox Corporation, where he manages world-wide patent preparation, prosecution, and maintenance. Mr. Arthur is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s very large patent portfolio for both company-wide objectives and the needs of individual businesses within the company.
